Tricamo Contracting doing concrete work on Thunder River at Six Flags
When Six Flags Over Mid-America in Eureka, Missouri wanted to add a water ride to their ever expanding list of attractions, they created
'Thunder River.'
Although most of the work was performed by other contractors, when the job needed to be completed by the deadline, Tricamo Contracting was called in.
With their impending deadline quickly approaching and the job behind schedule, Tricamo Contracting was contracted to make 24 hour, around the clock, continuous pours on the water reservoir. The reservoir was also to serve as the splash pond at the end of the ride.
The slope was completed first, then the bottom. A vinyl rubber liner was then installed by Six Flags and the "Opening Day" deadline was met.
